Xuvilo is a free, browser-based business hub for freelancers, traders, contractors, e-commerce founders and small businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Libya, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and anywhere else, with a dedicated invoice guide for each of 57 countries. Generate professional invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, expense reports and payment receipts in Arabic or English, run 18 essential business calculators, write polished business emails with the AI Writer, and pick from 859 ready-made templates — all in your browser, with nothing to install and no sign-up required to use the core tools.
Xuvilo started because too many small operators were paying monthly subscriptions for software they only used for a handful of documents per month, or wrestling with English-only spreadsheets that did not respect Arabic right-to-left layout, ZATCA invoice requirements, or local tax rules. Every tool works in Arabic and in English by design — not as a translation afterthought — each document prints in the language you are working in, and the invoice generator pre-configures the currency and default tax rate for each country.
1. Open the tool you need. 2. Fill in your business details, your client and your line items — totals and tax update as you type, and you can switch language between Arabic and English at any moment. 3. Click Download PDF. Your document is generated as a clean A4 file ready to email, print, or attach to your accounting system.
Each Xuvilo country page pre-loads the local currency, tax rate and required fields: Saudi Arabia (SAR, 15% VAT, ZATCA), UAE (AED, 5% VAT, FTA), Egypt (EGP, 14% VAT), Libya (LYD), Jordan (JOD), Kuwait (KWD), and the rest of our 57 country guides, including Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Sudan, Yemen, Palestine, Mauritania and Djibouti.
Yes — all core tools are completely free during our launch phase, no sign-up needed. Create invoices, quotations, and receipts, use all 18 calculators, and browse 859 templates at no cost. Paid plans are coming soon. Once they launch, Pro will include saved document history and the client address book, and Business will add team member seats, custom branding on PDFs and API access.
No. You can create and download invoices, quotations, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes and expense reports without one. During our launch phase a free account also saves your documents, so you can open them from any device and see when a client opens a link you sent. Once paid plans launch, saved document history is part of Pro.
Without an account, the documents you create stay in this browser: they are built and turned into PDFs on your device and are not sent to our servers. When you sign in, the documents you have already generated, downloaded or shared in this browser while signed out are moved into your account, and from then on every document you generate, download or share is saved there, so you can open it from any device. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Yes. Every tool works in Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, and you can switch between Arabic and English at any moment without losing what you have typed. Each document prints in the language you are working in.
Fill in the document and click Download PDF. The PDF is built in your browser and saved to your device straight away, then the document's own page opens, where you can download it again, copy its link or go back and edit it. To keep the document without downloading anything yet, use the Generate button: it saves the document and opens the same page.
Yes, for Saudi Arabia. Switch it on and the invoice carries the ZATCA Phase 1 QR code for simplified tax invoices, built from the seller name, VAT number, timestamp, invoice total and VAT amount. Xuvilo does not connect to ZATCA's Fatoora platform: it does not clear or report invoices, so it does not provide Phase 2 integration. Confirm your obligations with your accountant or ZATCA.
We support 176+ currencies from around the world, including all GCC currencies (SAR, AED, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR). You choose the currency for each document.
