مولد الفواتير المجاني لـ المملكة العربية السعودية — أنشئ فواتيرك الاحترافية بـ SAR بالعربية أو بالإنجليزية، مع تصدير PDF فوري وبدون تسجيل.
Xuvilo's free invoice generator for Saudi Arabia is a browser-based tool that lets freelancers, traders, contractors and small businesses create a professional invoice in under sixty seconds. For Saudi Arabia it adds the ZATCA Phase 1 QR code; Xuvilo is not a registered e-invoicing solution, so whether an invoice meets your obligations depends on your ZATCA wave — check your status with ZATCA. The Saudi Arabia invoice generator pre-loads the correct currency (SAR) and the local tax rate (15% VAT (ZATCA)), supports both Arabic & English with proper layout, runs entirely in your browser so your customer information stays on your device, and exports a clean A4 PDF you can email or print. There is nothing to install, no account is required for the core flow, and during our launch phase every tool is free.

Saudi businesses overwhelmingly settle invoices by bank transfer, and the SARIE instant payment system now moves domestic SAR transfers in seconds using just an IBAN or mobile number, while mada dominates card payments at the point of sale. Corporate payment terms of 30 to 60 days are standard, though government and large corporate buyers can stretch longer, and suppliers increasingly attach their FATOORA-compliant XML invoice alongside the PDF. Arabic is legally required on tax invoices (English may accompany it), so bilingual Arabic-English layouts are the professional norm. Freelancers working for foreign clients typically invoice in USD or EUR and receive funds into SAR accounts at the fixed 3.75 SAR/USD peg.
Step 1. Open the Saudi Arabia invoice generator. Currency and tax are pre-loaded for you. Fill in your business details and logo; signed in, the company profile you save under Settings fills them in for you.
Step 2. Add your customer and your line items. Quantity, unit price and tax update the totals automatically. Switch language between Arabic & English as needed; Xuvilo flips the layout to RTL or LTR for you.
Step 3. Click "Download PDF". Your Saudi Arabia invoice is generated as a print-ready A4 file in SAR, ready to email to the client or attach to your accounting system.
Saudi Arabia applies 15% VAT (ZATCA) on most invoiced goods and services, so Xuvilo defaults the tax rate to 15% VAT (ZATCA) on the Saudi Arabia invoice. You can override the rate per line, exclude exempt items, or add multiple tax components if your business requires it.
The tax authority responsible for Saudi Arabia is ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority). VAT registration is mandatory once annual taxable turnover exceeds SAR 375,000, with voluntary registration available from SAR 187,500 — confirm current figures with ZATCA.
Saudi Arabia runs one of the region's most advanced e-invoicing regimes, known as FATOORA. Phase 1 (Generation) has required all VAT-registered businesses to issue structured electronic invoices with a QR code since 4 December 2021, and Phase 2 (Integration) has been rolling out in turnover-based waves since January 2023, requiring invoices in XML or PDF/A-3 format to be cleared or reported through ZATCA's FATOORA platform. Tax invoices must show the seller's VAT number, invoice date and time, a sequential number, the VAT amount per line, and the mandatory QR code — verify your integration wave deadline with ZATCA.
The Saudi Arabia invoice generator adds the ZATCA Phase 1 ("Generation") QR code: a Base64-encoded TLV QR code carrying the seller's name, VAT registration number, invoice timestamp, total with VAT and the VAT amount. The invoice itself shows the invoice number, the issue date, the seller's VAT registration number, an itemised line-by-line breakdown with the tax rate on each line (15% by default), the VAT total and the grand total in SAR. The invoice can be issued in Arabic or in English. Xuvilo is not a registered e-invoicing solution and does not clear or report invoices through ZATCA's Fatoora platform, so it does not provide Phase 2 integration.
Xuvilo isn't only an invoice generator. The same business profile powers a free quotation generator for sending price quotes before a deal is signed, a free receipt generator for confirming payments after they're made, and a 859 template library for industry-specific designs. Most Saudi Arabia businesses go through quote → invoice → receipt for every project, and Xuvilo covers all three.
The standard VAT rate is 15%, in force since July 2020. A Saudi tax invoice must display the supplier's VAT registration number, the taxable amount, the VAT charged per line and in total, and a QR code, all with Arabic text as the primary language. Simplified invoices are allowed for B2C sales under SAR 1,000.
Phase 1 (since December 2021) requires every VAT-registered business to generate e-invoices with QR codes from compliant software instead of handwritten or plain Word/Excel invoices. Phase 2 adds real-time integration with ZATCA's platform and is being enforced in waves based on annual turnover, reaching progressively smaller businesses. Check ZATCA's announcements to see which wave your turnover places you in.
Yes, but if the supply is subject to Saudi VAT, the VAT amount must be shown in Saudi riyals using an approved conversion rate on the invoice date. The riyal's fixed peg of SAR 3.75 to the US dollar makes USD invoicing predictable for cross-border work, and exports of services to customers outside the GCC are generally zero-rated when the conditions are met — verify treatment with ZATCA.
VAT records, including issued and received invoices, must generally be retained for at least six years from the end of the tax period, and longer retention applies to invoices connected with real estate. Records may be kept electronically, which fits naturally with FATOORA's XML-based invoices, provided they remain accessible for ZATCA audits.

Yes. Switch Xuvilo between Arabic (right to left) and English (left to right) at any time; each document prints in one language: Arabic when you are using Xuvilo in Arabic or have chosen an Arabic template, English otherwise; and every field accepts text in either language.
