Who Xuvilo is for

  • Freelancers and consultants — designers, developers, writers, photographers, tutors, marketers and accountants who issue a few invoices a month and need them to look professional and arrive on time.
  • Small and medium businesses (SMEs) — agencies, retailers, salons, clinics, training centres and family businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need full enterprise accounting.
  • Traders and importers — wholesalers, distributors and import-export operators who need quotes, invoices and receipts in multiple currencies, in Arabic or English, often urgently.
  • Contractors and trades — construction subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, transport and logistics operators who issue documents on-site and need a tool that works on a phone or laptop in any browser.
  • NGOs and non-profits — using Xuvilo's NGO templates to issue donor receipts, grant invoices and project-coded documents in Arabic or English.
  • Procurement and finance teams — at small companies that need a fast way to raise quotes and invoices without queueing for a busy ERP system.
  • Startups — early-stage founders who need professional documents from day one but can't justify a paid stack until they have revenue.

Our mission

We aim to make day-to-day business admin simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone. We believe creating an invoice, sending a quotation, or running a business calculation should not be a complicated task — so we provide clean, easy-to-use tools, free for everyone.

Xuvilo's mission is to help every business owner, anywhere in the world, create professional documents instantly — in Arabic, in English, in their own currency, and without paying for enterprise software they will not fully use. We believe a freelance designer in Cairo, a contractor in Riyadh and a trader in Tripoli should have access to the same quality of invoicing, quotation and receipt tools as a Fortune 500 finance department, and that those tools should respect their language, their tax rules and their workflow on day one. Every feature we ship is measured against that mission: does it make it faster, cleaner, and more dignified for a small business to do its paperwork? If yes, we ship it. If no, we don't.

Why we built Xuvilo

The honest answer is that the gap was glaring. Arabic business tools for freelancers and SMEs across MENA have historically been an afterthought: spreadsheet templates that broke right-to-left layout, English-only SaaS products that bolted on a half-working Arabic translation, expensive accounting suites priced for finance departments rather than one-person shops, and ZATCA e-invoicing software that required hiring a consultant to set up. Xuvilo exists to close that gap. Bilingual Arabic and English from line one. Country defaults baked in. The ZATCA Phase 1 QR code in Saudi Arabia, FTA-style fields in the UAE, local currency and tax rates in 57 countries — set up in seconds, not days. Free for the core flow because it should be.

Our principles

Free where it can be, paid where it must be. We never sell user data. Without an account, the documents you create are built in your browser and stay on your device. Arabic and English are both first-class by design, not a translation afterthought.
