Where to write

Use the form on this page, or email [email protected] for questions about the tools, problems with a document, and feature requests. To report a mistake in an article, a country guide or a calculator, you can also write to [email protected]. We reply by email, to the address you give.

Before you write

• Whether Xuvilo is free, whether you need an account and what happens to your documents: the FAQ answers these in full.
• A document you made without an account stays in the browser you made it in, so open the same browser and device to find it. Signed in, your documents are saved to your account and open from any device.
• What an invoice must show in your country: the country guides. How the editors work, step by step: How it works.

What to put in your message

• A problem with a document or a tool: the page you were on, your browser and device, what you expected and what happened, and a screenshot if you can.
• A feature request: the document or task, and the country or trade you work in, so we can see what the tool is missing for you.
• A content error: the page address, what is wrong, and a source for the correct figure if you have one.
• Never send passwords, card numbers or full bank details: we will not ask for them.

To ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to close your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
