No catch. During our launch phase every tool is free, and once paid plans launch the free plan keeps the invoice, quotation and receipt tools, within the limits shown on our pricing page. We support the platform through Google AdSense advertising shown on some pages. An optional account lets you save and manage your documents.
Yes, for Saudi Arabia. Switch it on and the invoice carries the ZATCA Phase 1 QR code for simplified tax invoices, built from the seller name, VAT number, timestamp, invoice total and VAT amount. Xuvilo does not connect to ZATCA's Fatoora platform, so it does not provide Phase 2 integration. Confirm your obligations with your accountant or ZATCA.
Without an account, the documents you create stay in this browser: they are built and turned into PDFs on your device and are not sent to our servers. When you sign in, the documents you have already generated, downloaded or shared in this browser while signed out are moved into your account, and from then on every document you generate, download or share is saved there, so you can open it from any device.
