Document Tracker

Sign in to track your sent documents, monitor payment status, and share them with clients.

What the tracker shows

Every document you generate, download or share while signed in is listed here — invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, expense reports and receipts — with its number, client, amount and status. Cards at the top add up, for each currency, what you have invoiced, what has been paid and what is still outstanding.

What each status means

  • Sent: you have issued it, and your client has not opened its link yet.
  • Seen: your client opened the document's link. Your own visits, and link-preview bots, do not count.
  • Confirmed: your client confirmed the document on its page, and you are emailed when they do.
  • Paid: you marked it paid — only you can — and you can issue the receipt for the payment at the same time.
  • Overdue: an invoice past its due date that is not marked paid. Quotations and receipts are never overdue.
  • Cancelled: you withdrew it. Your client can still open the link and read it, but can no longer confirm, sign or pay it, and the document shows CANCELLED. You can reopen it later.

How to use it

  1. Sign in, or create a free account.
  2. Make the document in any editor and press Generate or Download PDF, or share it: it appears in the tracker.
  3. Send your client the document's link — copy it from the tracker or from the document's own page, or use the WhatsApp button in the editor.
  4. Watch the status change as your client opens and confirms it, and mark it paid when the money arrives.

Why it needs an account

The editors work without an account, and what you make stays in this browser. The tracker's statuses come from your client opening a document's link, and only a document saved to an account has one. During our launch phase a free account includes the tracker; the pricing page shows what each plan will include once paid plans launch.
