There is nothing to cancel today. Paid plans cannot be bought during the launch phase, so nobody has a subscription and nobody is charged.
During our launch phase all core features are free with no usage limits — create invoices, quotations, and receipts, use all 18 calculators, and access 859 templates at no cost. The plan tiers above show what will apply once paid plans go live. We will notify users before any limits are enabled.
Without an account, your documents are built in your browser and are not sent to our servers. When you sign in, the documents you have already generated, downloaded or shared in this browser while signed out are moved into your account, and every document you generate, download or share from then on is saved there. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers beyond what our Privacy Policy describes.
There is no billing yet. During the launch phase every feature is free, nothing is charged and no payment details are asked for. The prices above show what the paid plans will cost once they launch.
Not yet. During the launch phase everyone is on the free plan with every feature unlocked, so there is nothing to upgrade to. Pro and Business become available when paid plans launch.
Yes. During the launch phase every account can use both. A workspace has 3 team member seats besides you, each an admin, a member or a viewer. You invite people with a link you copy and send them, and an invite that has not been used yet holds a seat until it is used or withdrawn. The Xuvilo API lets your own software read and update the workspace's clients, products and saved documents with an API key; the developer documentation is at xuvilo.com/developers. Once paid plans launch, team seats and the API are part of Business.
