Free Company Stamp / Seal Maker

Create professional company stamps in Arabic & English — instant PNG, SVG & PDF export

Three ways to make a stamp

  • Generate: build a round, oval, square or rectangular stamp from settings — border rings and thickness, colours, the company name along the top arc, a line such as city, country and registration number along the bottom, and initials, an icon, text or your logo in the centre. Quick presets and Randomize give you a starting point.
  • Upload: start from a scan or photo of the stamp you already use (PNG, JPG or SVG; a square image works best), then give it an ink or worn texture, or recolour it.
  • Draw: paint a stamp or a mark freehand with a brush and an eraser.

Download it, or keep it for your documents

  • Download a PNG with a transparent background — the one to place on a document — or with a white background, an SVG vector file, or a PDF on an A4 page. Copy PNG puts it straight on the clipboard.
  • Signed in, Save to My Stamps keeps the stamp in your account, where you can rename it and choose a default. The invoice, quotation and other editors then offer your saved stamps, and you choose the one that goes on each document: a stamp is never added by itself, not even the default.
  • A document keeps its own copy of the stamp image, so an invoice you have already sent keeps its stamp even if you later change or delete the stamp in your library.

Why businesses use a company stamp

A company stamp is part of everyday business across much of the Arab world. Many companies, government bodies and large buyers expect an invoice, a quotation, a purchase order, a delivery note or a contract to carry the supplier's stamp beside an authorised signature, and a document without one may be sent back or held until it is stamped.

Whether a stamp is legally required is a separate question, and the answer depends on the country and the document: often the expectation comes from the receiving organisation's own procedures rather than from tax law. Ask your customer, or your accountant, what they require.

A clear stamp usually shows the registered company name, often in Arabic and English, the commercial registration number, and the city and country; some add the licence number or the authorised signatory. Use the same stamp on every document, and only on documents you have checked: a stamped document reads as approved.

This free tool makes the stamp in your browser in a few minutes, with Arabic and Latin text and export formats for both printed and digital documents.

Designing a stamp that works

  • A stamp is not a signature. It shows which company a document comes from, not who approved it, so on contracts and large invoices sign as well; the document editors place a signature and a stamp separately.
  • Design it to survive copying: one strong colour, no gradients, photos or shadows, and no text so small it blurs when the stamp is printed at its real size. Light colours vanish on a photocopy. Keep a black version for print beside the colour one for digital documents: pick black from the colour swatches.
  • Use a clear Arabic typeface rather than a decorative script. If you need both languages, put the Arabic on one arc and the English on the other.
  • Give the bottom arc a line that adds something, such as "General Trading", or the city and the registration number.
  • By common practice the shape carries meaning: round for the company, oval for a department, rectangular for a workflow mark such as RECEIVED, PAID or APPROVED, which the centre text can carry. Most businesses need one company stamp and one or two workflow stamps.
  • On a delivery note, the receiving person's stamp and signature is the simplest proof that the goods were handed over.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a company stamp show?

Usually the registered company name, often in Arabic and English, the commercial registration number, and the city and country. Some businesses add the licence number, the website or the authorised signatory's name.

Is a company stamp required on invoices in Arab countries?

It depends on the country, the document and the customer. Many businesses, government bodies and large buyers in the Gulf and the wider Arab world expect a stamp beside the signature and may return a document without one, but that expectation often comes from their own procedures rather than from tax law. Ask your customer, or your accountant, what they require.

How do I make a company stamp online for free?

In the Stamp Maker choose Generate, pick the shape and colours, enter your company name and the line for the bottom arc, choose initials, an icon or your logo for the centre, and download it as PNG, SVG or PDF. No account is needed to make and download a stamp; saving it to My Stamps needs one.

Can I use a digital stamp on official documents?

Digital stamps are accepted in many business applications, especially for e-invoices and PDF documents. However, some government agencies still require physical rubber stamps. Always check the specific requirements of the receiving authority. In Saudi Arabia, a 2017 circular from the central bank, SAMA, tells banks not to require a company stamp on documents for opening accounts and banking transactions.

What is the difference between a stamp and a seal?

A stamp uses ink to leave an impression on paper, while a seal typically refers to an embossed mark creating a 3D impression without ink. In Arab business contexts, both terms are often used interchangeably, though rubber ink stamps are far more common in daily commercial use.
