Free Email Signature Generator — HTML for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail

Xuvilo's free email signature generator builds a professional HTML signature from your name, job title, company, phone numbers, email, website, address, logo or photo, and social links. Choose from five layouts, set your brand colour, and copy the finished signature straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail — plus a plain-text version for clients that strip formatting. It works in Arabic and in English, and an Arabic signature is built genuinely right to left, not merely translated. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you type is uploaded, and no account is required.

What goes into a good signature

Why the signature is built with tables

Outlook for Windows renders email HTML with Microsoft Word's engine, which does not understand flexbox, grid or floats. This generator therefore emits table-based markup with inline styles — the one layout language that Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and Yahoo all render the same way. It is also why signatures copied from design tools so often collapse in Outlook: they were built for browsers, not for Word.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free? Yes — unlimited signatures, no account, no watermark. Everything is generated on your own device.

How do I install it? Click Copy Signature, then paste into your client's signature settings: Gmail (Settings → See all settings → Signature), Outlook on the web (Settings → Account → Signatures), or Apple Mail (Settings → Signatures). For classic Outlook on Windows, download the .html file, open it in a browser, select all, copy, and paste.

Why doesn't my image show for some recipients? An uploaded image is embedded as data, which a few clients strip; a hosted https image is displayed by effectively all of them. The layout never depends on the image.

When is the plain-text version used? Ticketing systems, some corporate servers and accessibility tools read email as plain text — the copy already carries a clean text version alongside the HTML.

Does Arabic work? Yes — the interface works in Arabic and in English, and an Arabic signature mirrors right to left structurally.
