What is included on every invoice

• The word "Invoice" or "فاتورة" displayed clearly.
• A unique, sequential invoice number you control.
• The invoice date and (where relevant) the date of supply.
• Your business name, address, logo and tax/VAT registration number.
• The customer's name, address and tax number where required.
• An itemised list of goods or services with quantity, unit price and line total.
• Per-line and overall tax with rate and amount, plus the grand total.

How to create an invoice in three steps

Step 1. Open the invoice generator and pick a template (or stick with the clean default). Fill in your business details, logo and tax number; signed in, save them under Settings → Company profile and every new invoice starts with them filled in.

Step 2. Add your client and your line items. Quantity, unit price and tax rate update the totals automatically. Switch the document language at any moment and the layout flips to RTL or LTR as needed.

Step 3. Click "Download PDF". Your invoice is generated as a print-ready A4 file you can email to the client, attach to your accounting system, or upload to your customer portal.

Which currencies are supported?

176+ currencies including SAR, AED, EGP, USD, EUR and GBP — switch currency on a per-invoice basis.

Do the invoices include the ZATCA QR code?

Yes, for Saudi Arabia. Switch it on and the invoice carries the ZATCA Phase 1 QR code for simplified tax invoices, built from the seller name, VAT number, timestamp, invoice total and VAT amount. Xuvilo does not connect to ZATCA's Fatoora platform: it does not clear or report invoices, so it does not provide Phase 2 integration.

Can I add my logo?

Yes — upload a logo and it appears on every invoice you generate.

Can I save and edit invoices later?

Yes — during our launch phase a free account saves your documents, so you can edit them later and open them on any device. Once paid plans launch, saved document history is part of Pro.
