Xuvilo's free quotation generator helps freelancers, agencies, contractors, suppliers and small businesses around the world send professional, branded quotes (also called estimates or proposals) in Arabic or English in under a minute. The quotation generator runs entirely in your browser, supports 176 international currencies, includes proper validity dates and terms-and-conditions blocks, and exports to a clean A4 PDF you can email straight to the customer. There is nothing to install and no account is required for the core flow.
Step 1. Open the quotation generator and pick a template. Fill in your business details, logo and tax number; signed in, the company profile you save under Settings fills them in for you.
Step 2. Add the customer, the line items and your terms. Set a validity period so the offer doesn't sit open forever. Switch language between Arabic and English freely.
Step 3. Click "Download PDF" and email the file to the customer. When they accept, head over to the invoice generator and issue the invoice with the same line items and prices.
A quotation precedes the agreement and is a non-binding offer the customer can accept, reject or negotiate. An invoice is issued after the customer accepts and the work is delivered, and demands payment. A receipt confirms that payment has been received. Most small businesses go through this sequence — quote, invoice, receipt — for every project. Read the full quotation guide for a deeper breakdown including common mistakes to avoid.

Not automatically — there is no one-click conversion. When the customer accepts, open the invoice generator, enter the same line items and prices, and add the quotation number in the notes so both sides can match the two documents.
